Hello,
Excitement about the forthcoming residential is beginning to be felt by the Year 6 children. Myself and Miss Bairstow have shared details about Peat Rigg and the range of activities the children will be experiencing when they visit after the Easter holidays. This information will also be shared with parents at the meeting on Tuesday 14th March at 3:30pm. If parents/carers are unable to attend the meeting please do not worry as all information (including the kit list) will be sent home with the children.
We are continuing to plan and write our balanced arguments about the farming of palm oil and are hoping to complete these next week. In maths, my group have completed their lessons on area, perimeter and volume. Next stop is algebra!
The snow was a pretty sight this morning. I hope you have all managed to enjoy the snowy conditions.
