Eleven KS2 children represented school superbly at the Leeds School Games Cross Country Finals at Temple Newsam on Thursday afternoon. A very well done to all the children for getting this far in the competition with special mentions going to the following top 10 finishers: Y3 Ella (3rd), Y5 Mia (9th) and Y5 Oscar (4th). Once the results have been collated by the event organisers, we will be informed of who has qualified for the West Yorkshire finals which usually takes place in March.
I would also like to thank Miss Tidey and Miss Greenwood for supervising the children at the event and the parents who provided transport to and from Temple Newsam on the day!
