Rufford Park Primary School

Dear Parent/Carers.  This morning, the school has reported an ‘incident of concern’ to the police and to Leeds City Council – who disseminate to all schools and children’s centres in the locality.  A male in his 60s/70s wearing a red coat, brown jeans and a black polo shirt followed 3 of our pupils on the way to school this morning at approximately 08:30.  The same man was seen again at approximately 10:00 outside the school before he walked down the ginnel to the side of school.  We have spoken to the children and given stranger danger reminders but not given the details of the incidents or the description of the man.  We are sharing this information with you so that you can be vigilant too at the times of drop off and pick up.  Best wishes.
