Our U11 football team played on Thursday afternoon in a cup final style 6 a-side match against Queensway Primary school.
With our Year 6 pupils away on residential it was a great opportunity for some of our Year 5 pupils to get some experience playing competitive football for school before they become Year 6 next year!
After a fantastic performance we were 2-0 up at half time with goals from Mason Franklin and Dylan Grant.
The second half saw Queensway pull one back early on to make it 2-1 before our players dug deep to score another 3 goals including a fantastic freekick from distance by Louie Collins.
The boys should be extremely proud of their achievements in this match and they have represented school exceptionally well.
