FORP Chirtmas Fayre Saturday 27th November 12pm - 2pm

Raffle tickets: thank you to everyone who has bought/returned unused tickets. If you haven’t already returned and wish to purchase tickets, please return by Thursday this week.

Donations: we need tombola items, chocolate tombola items, filled jam jars (sweets, small toys etc), bottles (beer, wine, soft drinks). Please drop filled jam jars and bottles at the classroom to get points added to the class incentive sheet. All other items can be dropped at the classroom or office.

Cakes: homemade or shop bought cakes to be dropped off on Friday at either the classroom or office.

Tokens: This year we will be selling tokens to be used on all stalls (apart from the raffle and refreshments). These can be bought in advance on Thursday/Friday either online or in the KS2 playground at pick up (the link to buy the tokens online will be available on the Jotter App from Thursday). Tokens bought in advance will be at a special pre fayre price of 5 tokens for £2.50, 12 tokens for the price of 10 for £5.00 and 25 tokens for the price of 20 for £10.00. Tokens can also be bought on the day for 5 tokens for £2.50, 10 tokens for £5.00 and 20 tokens for £10.00.

Refreshments: the kitchen will be serving bacon sandwiches, hotdogs, quorn dogs and gluten free sausage sandwiches £1.50 each from 12pm.
