Rufford Park Primary School

This morning our U9 and U11 teams took part in the second LSAA Saturday morning cross-country event at Cardinal Heenan Catholic High School.  It was a well attended event with more schools than previously and it was also a good course.  The conditions were perfect for running with cooler temperatures and very little wind.  All the children impressed and the results are now on the Leeds Schools Athletics Association website: http://www.lsaa.org.uk/ and the team results are on our school website: https://www.ruffordparkprimary.org.uk/pages/news/126822.  The beauty of cross-country is that the children can aim for personal bests whilst also contributing to the team score.  Well done Rufford Park!
