Rufford Park Primary School

This morning 25 children from Rufford Park represented school in the first Leeds Schools Athletics Association Saturday morning cross-country event of the year.  Against a large field of runners (over 100 competitors in each race) and on a challenging course, the children represented the school brilliantly.  Cross-country running is not easy but I was proud of the determination and effort of each and every athlete.  A very well done to everyone who took part but special mentions must go to Oscar Bond who came 3rd in the U9 boys race and to Francesca Lee who came 2nd in the U11 girls race.  To see some pictures click the link: https://www.ruffordparkprimary.org.uk/pages/news/125370
