Dear Parent,

At the beginning of every academic year, we are contacted by the Yorkshire Immunisation Team to arrange for our pupils to receive the nasal flu vaccine in school.  This year, the team will be completing these vaccinations in school on Monday 11 October.

If you would like your child to receive the nasal flu vaccine in school you must provide consent.  Please follow the link below to complete the online consent form:
