Dear Parents / Carers

I would like to invite you to attend our Parents’ Evening on either Tuesday 27 or Wednesday 28 April 2021.  This is an important evening and will provide you with an opportunity to discuss your child’s current attainment and progress as well as how you can further support your child with their learning at home.

The school has introduced a new intuitive and ‘easy to use’ online booking and video appointment system.  This allows you to choose your own appointment times with your child’s teacher and you will receive an email confirming your appointment.  Each video meeting has been set for a duration of 9 minutes with 1 minute teacher preparation time between each meeting.  The system allows the meeting to run for this period and will automatically cut off at the end of each appointment.  The meeting will be over a video call and can be accessed via a device with a microphone and speaker and a compatible up-to-date web browser.

Appointments can be made from 7:00pm on Monday 19 April and the system will remain open until the end of Wednesday 28 April.  Parents will only be able to make one appointment per child so the expectation for any parents who are separated is that the parent that the child resides with will make the appointment and then invite the other parent so that they are able to join the meeting.  If parents are unable to organise and share the meeting amicably then please contact the office and we will make an additional appointment for you.
