Hello,
Well, what a warm week it has been! It's definitely felt like a greenhouse in Oak Tree!
The children have had another good week, and have enjoyed learning about translation of shapes in maths. We've been focussing a lot on spelling, punctuation and grammar, in English, and have built upon our comprehension skills.
It's been the perfect weather for P.E and we've loved playing some rounders matches. Click here to see us in action. As a side note, it would be great for children to be wearing sun cream to school, particularly during this warm weather we are experiencing.
The children took some time to create Healthy Eating posters, following on from Mr Cooke's assembly. Check them out below!
