Weekly Update - 11.06.21

Hi there,
It's been a positive week back after the half-term break. The children have worked well and enjoyed sitting back in table groups, in class (see pictures below). In English, the children have completed work relating to our class novel, Darwin's Dragons, and have been developing their comprehension skills. In maths, we've moved onto coordinates and translation of shapes.
We've all enjoyed getting stuck in to some rounders matches, in P.E. The children have really impressed me with their batting, throwing and catching skills. Let's hope next week brings us the same amount of sunshine, so we can play further matches.
