Year 5 and 6 WW2 Worth Valley Railway Evacuee Trip 2026
Here are some photo highlights of our UKS2 trip to the Worth Valley Railway for our "evacuee experience". The children completed workshops on rationing and codebreaking and then experienced a journey on a real steam train to help them picture exactly what it would have been like for evacuees in 1939.
