I have really enjoyed reading the pupils' leaflet drafts in English. They have used some super sentence structures and really imaginative persuasive techniques.
As an added art bonus, the pupils completed a project for the ALPT that will be on at Guiseley Theatre from next week. Based on the 'Going for a Walk' theme and our Geography topic of Greece. The pupils created a frame using wood and used string to create a weave. They then added different materials to create an abstract beach scene. The pupils enjoyed the opportunity to create something different using unusual materials.
