Hello everyone,
We have made it to the end of this half term and what a brilliant half term it has been! The children have matured so much since September and their listening skills and independence levels get better every day. They should be very proud of themselves and the things they have achieved since September.
In art, we have been inspired by Le Corbusier to draw and shade shape houses. In maths, we have used our number knowledge to excel in column addition and subtraction. In English, we have developed our writing skills by creating simile poems that are better than sliced bread.
We have not sent homework home today but encourage you to keep reading as much as possible and practise times tables and number bonds so that we can hit the ground running when we come back after half term.
