Hello!
This week we have finished our information posters all about the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. The children were all really proud to share their finished posters with each other.
In Maths we have been recapping on 2D shapes and their properties as well as telling the time to 'o' clock, half past, quarter past and quarter to.
In Science we looked at the 3 categories of living, dead or never alive. We discussed the meaning of these words and then the children sorted pictures into the 3 categories.
In DT the children made their own fabulous fruit salads. The children planned these last week and did a great job at following their plan. They really enjoyed the eating part of the lesson too!
Thank you for those of you who have already brought in their Africa homework project. The animals and instruments are looking amazing! These need to be in by Monday 15th.
