Hello!
What a busy week it has been...
It was wonderful to see so many of you at the Parent Meetings this week. I hope you enjoyed seeing some of your children's work and seeing just how hard they are working in Lime Tree. Everyone has made great progress since the beginning of the year. A big thank you from me for making the effort to come along.
We have had some special visitors this week. On Monday we had a lady called Jane come and deliver a PSHE workshop which was all about the importance of keeping healthy and looking after ourselves by - eating a balanced diet, drinking water, breathing oxygen, doing exercise and getting plenty of sleep every night. The children engaged really well and had lots of great ideas to contribute on how to look after our bodies.
Today we have had the author Caryl Hart come in and share some of her wonderful stories. She even brought one of her scary friends - Meet the T-REX!!!
Our new focus text is 'Stick Man' and this week we have been sequencing and retelling the story. To help us we thought it was only right we make our very own Stick Man! I am sure you will agree that they look fantastic :)
