Hello!
We have had another lovely week in Lime. The highlight of the week has definitely been 'World Book Day'.
It was amazing to have so many varied inspirational people come through the classroom door and nearly everyone remembered to bring in their 'Little People, Big Dreams' thought bubbles to explain why they had chosen that person or character. As World Book Day is all about reading and sharing books we played some book themed games such as a story scavenger hunt and a story quiz. Most importantly we read LOTS of books! Please continue to reinforce the important message of 'World Book Day' at home with your children. Encourage them to choose to read for pleasure and read lots of stories to them too :) We also have an author coming in to visit us on Friday 15th which is very exciting!
Just a little reminder that parents evening is taking place next week on Monday 11th and Wednesday 13th.
