Hello!
Somehow we are already half way through the Autumn 1 term!
In Science the children became sense explorers! With their tastebuds the children had to identify mystery food while blindfolded. Everyone worked really well together and managed to correctly classify and identify all the fruit and vegtables.
In PE we have continued to work on our underarm throwing and bowling. The children really enjoyed putting their skill the the test in mini games of piggie in the middle.
In Art, we have continued to explore different media. This week we focused on oil pastels and how we could use them in different ways to achieve different textures and patterns
Today we voted for Lime Tree new School Council Representative. I was so impressed with the number of candidates and with how well they all shared their posters! The votes were very close but the winner was Owen :)
Please remember to send boxes in to school from Monday. We will need them the following week for our Great Fire of London workshop.
